My name is Patricia Abood and I can make your Chief Architect plan become a beautiful testimony to your work.

There is no better way to show your customers what their project will look like before it's started than with 3D rendering.

You can show your customers pictures of your past work or you can show your customers pictures of their future.

What I do:

-I will create a beautiful render of your floor plan built in Chief Architect.

-Working with you, I will add any necessary symbols and textures to make your design stand out among others.

-For exterior designs, I will add plants, trees and backgrounds to your existing terrain to enhance the appearance of your render.

What do I need from you?:

-A completed plan built in Chief Architect, no textures are needed, that's it! - unless you have specific materials that you want shown in your floor plan .

How long does it take?

-Depending on the complexity of the plan and how many lights you might have in the scene, one render can take up to 10 hours. This is not including the time it will take to add textures and symbols.

-I will send you preliminary “low render” examples for you to inspect before I start the actual render process.

-Adding textures and symbols can take a few days to a week to complete depending on whether I am using your existing textures or mine, or if you want me to search for something special for you. Example: tiles, flooring, wallpaper, siding, etc.

-If the materials you are using isn't giving the results you need in a render, I will make and apply the textures for you.

The Goal:

-To give you and your customer an appealing visual of your design.

-To make your Chief Plan beautiful!

Fee

-My fee is fair and competitive. I do not charge by the hour. You will always know what to expect. My fee is based on the complexity of the plan and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

A great design can’t always be envisioned by your customer but a beautiful picture of the final results will leave an impression. It could mean the difference between a sale or no sale.
